Confirmed speakers include:

Lucinda Miller – Bestselling author of The Good Stuff, I Can’t Believe It’s Baby Food and Brain Brilliance cookbooks. She is a popular podcast guest, nutrition lecturer and public speaker. She and two of her three kids live and thrive with ADHD.

Dr Alex Richardson – Founder Director of the UK charity Food And Behaviour (FAB) Research and visiting research fellow at Bournemouth University.

Dr Mark Horowitz – Psychiatrist and Honorary Clinical Research Fellow at UCL, expert on antidepressants and withdrawal, sharing his research and lived experience.

Dr Sarah Myhill – Naturopath and renowned researcher on mitochondrial dysfunction in chronic fatigue and its links to mental health.
